Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Express Liquidating Trust in February 2012.

On November 21, 2007, Express Financial Services, Inc. and its related entities (“Express Financial”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, assigned Case No. 07-27374. A plan was confirmed, which created a Liquidating Trust and appointed a trustee to wind down the estate for the benefit of creditors. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Express Liquidating Trust in February 2012.

About Express Financial Services, Inc.

Express Financial was a national company that provided appraisals, title insurance as well as closing and deed preparation services for major real estate lenders.

Express Financial also operated as Express Title Services.

The former headquarters of Express Financial was located in Pittsburgh, PA.
