On April 7, 2003, Eagle Food Centers, Inc. and its related entities (“Eagle Food Centers”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois, assigned case No. 03-15299. A plan of liquidation was confirmed and a Chief Wind Down Officer was appointed to liquidate the estate’s assets. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of Eagle Food Centers in August 2007.
