Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Dixons U.S. Holdings, Inc., et al., Bankruptcy Estate in March 2013.
On December 4, 1995, Dixons U.S. Holdings, Inc. and its related entities (“Dixons”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned case No. 95-01577. A plan was confirmed and a Plan Trustee was retained to manage the assets of the estate. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Dixons U.S. Holdings, Inc., et al., Bankruptcy Estate in March 2013.
Dixons operated approximately 140 retail electronics and household appliance stores throughout the United States.
Dixons also operated as Silo and Yes! Your Electronics Store.
The former headquarters of Dixons was located in Brighton, MI.
