On August 11, 2010, Dijan, Inc. filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, assigned case No. 10-06556. The case was subsequently converted to a chapter 7 case and a Trustee was appointed to manage the assets of the estate. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Dijan, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate in April 2015.
Dijan operated 14 Arby’s fast-food restaurants located in Pennsylvania, Virginia and West Virginia.
Dijan also operated as Arby’s.
The former headquarters of Dijan was located in Clarks Summit, PA.
