On February 5, 2002, Dehon, Inc. f/k/a Arthur D. Little, Inc. and its related entities (“Dehon”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts, assigned Case No. 02-41045. A plan was confirmed and a Plan Administrator was appointed to wind down the bankruptcy estate for the benefit of creditors. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Dehon, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate in December 2009.
Dehon was a consulting firm that specialized in science and technology, offering product development, management consulting and scientific research services to corporations and governments.
Dehon also operated as Arthur D. Little, Inc. and c-Quential.
The former headquarters of Dehon was located in Cambridge, MA.
