On January 22, 2013, Consolidated Distributors filed a voluntary chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of New York, assigned Case No. 13-40350. Thereafter, the case was converted to chapter 7, and a trustee was appointed to liquidate the remaining assets of the estate. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Consolidated Distributors, Inc. Bankruptcy Estate in July 2017.
Consolidated Distributors business was the ownership and licensing of intellectual property, namely “Daytona Beach Bike Rally”.
Consolidated Distributors also operated as Daytona Beach Bike Rally.
The former headquarters of Consolidated Distributors was located in Brooklyn, NY.
