On April 7, 2000, Clark Material Handling Company and its related entities (“Clark Material Handling”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned case no. 00-01730. A plan of liquidation was confirmed, which established a liquidating trust and appointed a trustee to manage the assets of the estate. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the Forklift Liquidating Trust in April 2009.
