On March 3, 2003, Cel-Tech Systems Corp. and its related entities (“Cel-Tech Systems”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, assigned case No. 03-11869. The case was converted to chapter 7 and a trustee was appointed to liquidate assets for the benefit of creditors. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of Cel-Tech Systems in August 2007.
Cel-Tech Systems provided Internet services to colleges.
Cel-Tech Systems also operated under the trade name Alma Mata Online.
The former headquarters of Cel-Tech Systems was located in New York, NY.
