On January 21, 2013, Carl’s Patio filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned Case No. 13-10102. Thereafter, a liquidating trustee was appointed to administer the remaining assets of the trust. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of the CPI Liquidating, Inc. Liquidating Trust (Carl’s Patio, Inc.) in March 2017.

Carl’s Patio operated a chain of outdoor furniture stores.

Carl’s Patio also operated as Carl’s Patio West and Terrace 436.

The former headquarters of Carl’s Patio was located in Boca Raton, FL.
