On October 24, 2000, Canfibre of Riverside filed a voluntary chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned Case No. 00-04019. On August 23, 2005, the Court entered an order confirming the Debtor’s First Amended Plan of Liquidation, pursuant to which the Trust was created and vested with the power and duty to administer certain assets of the Debtor. Oak Point Partners acquired the remnant assets of the Liquidation Trust of the Canfibre of Riverside Bankruptcy Estate in January 2018.
