On September 21, 2008, Arrow Speed Warehouse, Inc. and its related entities (“Arrow Speed Warehouse”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri, assigned Case No. 08-50698. The case was converted to chapter 7 and a trustee was appointed to wind down the estate for the benefit of creditors. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of Arrow Speed Warehouse in February 2014.

Arrow Speed Warehouse was primarily engaged in the wholesale distribution of high-performance automotive parts and accessories.

Arrow Speed Warehouse also operated an affiliate by the name of Streetside Auto, LLC.
