On December 4, 2006, APW Enclosure Systems, Inc. and its related entities (“APW Enclosure Systems”) filed a chapter 11 petition in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, assigned Case No. 06-11378. The case was converted to chapter 7 and a trustee was appointed to wind down the estate for the benefit of creditors. Oak Point Partners, Inc. acquired the remnant assets of APW Enclosure Systems in January 2014.
APW Enclosure Systems was a manufacturer of metal casings and enclosures for electronic systems and computers.
APW Enclosure Systems also operated under several trade names including Everest Electronic Equipment and Premier Industries.
The former headquarters of APW Enclosure Systems was located in Anaheim, CA.
