EPSTEIN

Most recently, Michael was the Global Special Situations Leader of the Restructuring group at Deloitte. Michael is an accomplished strategic leader and global operations professional with over 30 years of professional services (including over a decade at the Big Four), boutique consultancy and industry experience helping businesses navigate through periods of change in all industries. Michael’s career reflects a demonstrated track record in advising senior executives, from small privately held family businesses to large corporate settings, manage successfully through significant periods of transformation and building consensus in stakeholder dynamics.  Michael is the Founder of MJ Advisor Services, a boutique consulting firm providing senior advisory services and independent director resources. 

Michael graduated with an MBA from the Wharton School, concentrating in Multinational Management and from Tufts University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a concentration in Economics.  Michael has held board of director roles as varied as CFS Group plc, MC Communications, Medical Media Holdings, BurgerFi International and Angstrom Technology Ltd.
