Janice Alwin is Chief Legal Officer at Oak Point, where she oversees and manages its legal team and is a member of Oak Point’s executive management committee. Prior to joining Oak Point in 2010, she practiced at D’Ancona & Pflaum LLC, Shaw Fishman Glantz & Towbin LLC, and Barack Ferrazzano Kirschbaum & Nagelberg LLP. Janice is also an unlicensed Certified Public Accountant.
