Hemang Patel, a skilled executive in recovery operations, capturing his expertise in project and account management, along with his passion for half-marathons and various athletic pursuits.

Hemang brings 20+ years of experience in software operations, technology management, project management, account management, and leadership.

Prior to joining Oak Point, Hemang was Director of Professional Services at Alight Solutions, a cloud-based global business process outsourcing provider, where he helped formulate the Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud practice. Hemang led the software operations and account management functions to engage global delivery teams to drive business growth. He has also held various lead and managerial roles at Aon, Hewitt Associates, Motorola, and Aerial Communications in his career.

Hemang received his Master’s degree in Telecommunications with a Computer Science concentration from DePaul University and an executive LeadingEDGE certification on leadership from Harvard Business Publishing (HBP).

In his free time, Hemang likes to run half-marathons, play various sports as well as enjoy outdoor activities.
