Greg, an experienced sales executive and Stanford graduate, now driving sourcing at Oak Point.

Greg is the Head of Sourcing at Oak Point Partners and has 15+ years building and scaling high-performing sales teams.

Before joining Oak Point, Greg led sales teams at several venture-backed startup companies, most recently serving as the Founding VP of Sales at Node.ai. At Node, Greg was the first business team hire, helped the company land its first customer, and led it to an eventual acquisition by SugarCRM in 2020. Afterwards, Greg launched a sales consulting practice to help companies expand their teams and revenue.

Greg’s first sales role was as a Technical Account Manager at Cisco and later at Dimension Data, where he was responsible for global technology accounts in Silicon Valley. Before embarking on a sales career, Greg spent two years as an aerospace engineer leading flight control testing for the Cessna Mustang jet aircraft, and two years as a professional poker player in Las Vegas.

Greg graduated from Stanford University in 2004 with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering. In his free time, he runs Melier, a sales-as-a-service business for boutique wineries. Greg splits his time between Miami and Napa, where he lives with his wife and daughter.
