Jocelyn brings substantial legal and financial management expertise to Oak Point. While in private practice, she specialized in matters involving corporate and financial restructuring, creditors’ rights, and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Oak Point, Jocelyn practiced at the New York law firms of Halperin Battaglia Benzija, LLP and Stevens & Lee, P.C. There she represented financially distressed companies, officers and directors, chapter 7 and 11 trustees, debtors, creditors and official committees of unsecured creditors. Jocelyn is a graduate of Loyola University School of Law, where she received her J.D. in 1998. She received a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in 1995 and remains a loyal ‘Noles fan. In her free time, Jocelyn enjoys participating in triathlons, traveling, food and wine.
